This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application YA.NE.SHPYHUN ("App", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal and technical information of users ("you", "your"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We use the collected information to: operate and provide the App's core features (single-player and multiplayer gameplay); enable multiplayer synchronization and lobby connections; process in-app purchases and subscriptions (including auto-renewals); show relevant ads (including Rewarded ads); analyze usage, improve performance, and fix issues; comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Services

The App integrates third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, and in-app purchase validation, including but not limited to: Google AdMob (advertising, rewarded ads); Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases (transactions, subscriptions); Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics (analytics, crash reporting); Appsflyer (marketing attribution). These providers may collect or receive technical data, in line with their own Privacy Policies.

5. Monetization & Subscriptions

• Free tier: contains ads and limited access to game content.
• Subscriptions: auto-renewable unless canceled in Apple App Store or Google Play settings.
• One-time purchases: expansion packs and game content.

We do not store or process payment card details. All transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on the following legal grounds (under GDPR and applicable law): performance of a contract (to provide the App and its features); legitimate interest (to improve services, prevent fraud, and ensure security); consent (where required for ads, analytics, or notifications); legal obligation (to comply with applicable laws).

7. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 14+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us for removal.
