These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer that governs your access to and use of the App and any related services, features, content, and updates (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Distribution via App Store / Google Play

1.1. The App is distributed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Stores"). Your purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are processed by the Stores under their respective terms.
1.2. You must comply with the App Store Terms and Google Play Terms in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age (14+)

2.1. You must be at least 14 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2.2. We do not actively verify age; by using the App you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2.3. The App does not offer real-money gambling or cash-out features.

3. Accounts & Access (No Registration)

3.1. The App does not require registration or the creation of user accounts. Access is granted via your device installation and (where applicable) temporary session identifiers.
3.2. Some features may require an internet connection (e.g., multiplayer synchronization, purchases, ad delivery); others can be used offline.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access or use.

4. Multiplayer Without Profiles or Chats

4.1. The App supports synchronous multiplayer via session/lobby codes. It does not provide persistent user profiles, in-app chat/messaging, public lobbies, or social feeds.
4.2. You agree to fair play and to refrain from cheating, griefing, harassment, hate speech, or any disruptive behavior. You must follow all instructions displayed in the App during rounds, voting, and timers.
4.3. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to multiplayer features if we detect misuse, cheating, or other violations of these Terms.

5. License & Ownership

5.1. The App and all related content are owned by the Developer and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible device solely for non-commercial, entertainment purposes.
5.3. You may not: (a) copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) bypass security or access control; (d) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App; (e) use the App in any unlawful manner.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Auto-Renewal)

6.1. The App offers one-time in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions via the Stores. Prices are shown in your local currency and may include applicable taxes as determined by the Stores.
6.2. Billing & Management. Purchases and subscriptions are billed by the Store provider (Apple or Google). You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by Store policy or applicable law.
6.3. Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Store may charge your account within 24 hours prior to renewal.
6.4. Content Access. Purchases may unlock locations, rounds, items, or remove ads. Such digital content has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is provided as-is for entertainment use within the App.
6.5. Price/Offer Changes. We may change available products, bundles, and pricing. Where required, the Store will notify you of subscription price changes and request your consent to continue.

7. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

7.1. The App may display ads, including rewarded videos. Rewarded access (e.g., temporary unlocks) is provided upon successful ad completion as reported by the ad provider.
7.2. The App may integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, performance, attribution, and ads (e.g., Firebase, Facebook, AppsFlyer, and others). These third parties may process limited device or usage data to provide their services. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
7.3. Ads and third-party content are provided by external partners. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.

8. Gameplay, Content & Community Rules

8.1. The App includes question rounds and interactive rounds (e.g., drawing, associations, story fragments). You must follow on-screen timers and instructions.
8.2. You agree not to upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content through any feature that allows input (including drawings on your device).
8.3. Prohibited Conduct includes: cheating or exploiting bugs; interfering with other players' gameplay; using automation/bots; reverse engineering; circumventing geo/age restrictions; posting harmful code; using the App for commercial or promotional spamming; or violating any applicable law.

9. Updates & Changes to the App and Terms

9.1. We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature (including game modes, content, timers, monetization options) at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice, as long as such changes do not unlawfully deprive you of paid entitlements for the remainder of an already-paid period.
9.2. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date will be indicated as "Last updated".

10. Availability & Technical Requirements

10.1. Availability may vary by region, device model, OS version, or Store policies.
10.2. The App may experience interruptions due to maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US VIA THE STORES FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (OR, IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE, €20).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, those limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App (in whole or in part) at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or created risk or possible legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your license will automatically end and you must cease using and delete the App.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1. Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of Ukraine (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).
15.2. Venue. All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws grant you a right to bring claims in your country of residence.
15.3. If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may have additional rights to seek dispute resolution through local bodies as provided by applicable law.

16. Export & Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions or on any restricted party list and that you will not use the App in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
17.2. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
17.3. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17.4. No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
17.5. Language. These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience; the English version governs in case of conflict (unless local law requires otherwise).
